How can I sign up or learn more?<\/summary>\n

At the present time, New Horizons Academy does not admit students directly. Students looking to join us are asked to sign up via ThinkHope<\/em> (\u6653\u96e8\u9752\u8fb0), our sister company and sole authorized customer representative. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How are your services offered?<\/summary>\n

Since our coaches are based in nearly a dozen different cities across five different countries, our coaching sessions are primarily offered online via Tencent VooV meeting or MS Teams.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you offer trial lessons?<\/summary>\n

Yes. If you need to try out our services, we offer a low-fee one-hour trial lesson before you decide. Better, the trial lesson fee is waived upon subscription to our services.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What grad school admissions assistance can do you provide?<\/summary>\n

You name it. CV editing, personal statements proofreading and polishing, and brainstorming best ways to approach application essays. We may also help submit application materials as an agent on your behalf. As a firm believer of educational equity, however, we will not provide any services that may be construed as offering candidates with an unfair advantage.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How does the round-the-clock service guarantee work?<\/summary>\n

Throughout the duration of your period of study with us, two or more teaching assistants (based between our Canadian and Chinese offices) provide you 24\/7 academic assistance via WeChat. Think of it as being an academic concierge service. This is your first point-of-call if you need reach out to us. Whether you’d like to discuss your progress, schedule changes, academic challenges or seeking general language and admissions guidance, we are here to help – Anytime, anywhere.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
